Toward the end of the 70's, Paul Davis received his state builder's license and entered the home building business. Paul already had experience in the business because his father, M.H. Davis, was a builder in the area. Paul, like his father, has always been a hands-on builder. If something needs to be done, Paul can do it all.

Paul believes that buyers deserve full value for their new home buying dollar. As a result, he made a commitment to build affordable, customized homes utilizing superior design and quality construction. Paul takes an interest in the home as if it were his own.

After completion of the home, Paul walks buyers through the home. Responding to any problems for the entire 12 months and everything that we put in it is under warranty.
